Tara devi also called "neela sarawathi" which is tantric form of godess sarwathi devi.Tara devi controlos the guru graha in jothishiya shastra.who born in punarvasu,viska,purvabadra stars,dhansu,meena rasis,3,12,21 dates these people need to worship this godess.
